Customer: Softweave / Task: Photoshoot for the brand

The brief

Softweave towels needed a fresh photoshoot for their new collections of premium bath linen and sports towels.

We were assigned the task of finding a good location, shortlisting the models, finding a good stylist and conducting the entire shoot in a short window of 12 hours.

The objective was to get the ideal mix of product photos and theme shots, which would enhance and enrich the brand’s visual impact.

The shoot was successfully conducted in 12 hours, covering both model shots and tabletop arrangements. The results were used across the various brand collateral.

Project Trivia

India Woods, one of the models, was the face of Dove soaps, the famous brand from Unilever.

This was the first shoot we did for the range of trendy sports towels from Softweave – we also designed these towels :)

The shoot had a 2-camera setup – each at different locations at the venue – to minimise downtime during a switch.

Tara Sharma, the stylist, invested nearly a whole week together prior to the shoot, shopping for the right accessories and props for the shoot.

The dzynestudio team compiled a series of ideas for the desired output (moods, styles, and composition), documenting it into 3 handy printed booklets for the crew’s reference during the shoot.
