Customer: Henkel India / Task: UI design for mobile app
The brief
Henkel’s Remotech Program is a part of their Accelerate Digitalization strategic priority. This mobile application was conceived as a readily available “remote technical assistance service”. The objective was to bring in a positive change in the way their customers’ technical queries were being currently addressed or handled. All from the convenience of a mobile phone.
We were tasked with the UI design aspect of this project.
Our solution
The process involved meetings with key personnel at Henkel India, including those at the Henkel Flexible Packaging Academy, to understand what the app was meant to address and the solution matrices that it would rely on for assisting its customers with their queries.
We came up with a simple, easy to use and clean mobile app UI for this app. We also designed the Remotech logo.
